What MEMBERS Say…..
Community & New Experiences
Joining FAS was a turning point on my art journey. It provided an opportunity to meet other friendly, creative people and to gain the confidence to exhibit work in the public domain. Finding out out how artists work in a range of media and being able to explain this to visitors during exhibitions has been important to me.
Being part of Sketch Together and Zoom Portrait has certainly improved my practice.

Confidence & Opportunity
As a member for 10yrs+, I have come a long way. Exhibiting with FAS & making sales boosted my confidence & increased my desire to take the bold step and become a professional artist.

Support, Energy & Heart
I’ve been a member of FAS for many years. Art has always been my life & I am aware that we live out here on the edge & as artists we need to support & encourage one another for creativity can become an isolated way of life. Building an artistic community is essential particularly in the difficult times we are now facing. Looking ahead & feeling the energy and imagination at the heart of the Society as it changes almost day by day gives me hope for the future of Pembrokeshire & its culture. There is a lot of talent here & it needs the space to express itself & this is one safe space in which it can do this.

Editor’s note : FAS are looking for funding to convert this website into Welsh so a language choice would be available, if anyone should like to volunteer please do email us! Thank you.
